Pros

SGMF is focused on coaching, training and opportunities for improvement. All leadership is required to spend time in the Gemba in an effort to understand the challenges and opportunities in their departments. The support of the COO and CMO of Lean is paramount to the success of the improvement efforts and the organization.

Cons

Opportunities for improvement are discovered daily which sometimes creates a need to prioritize which improvements to focus on first.

Worst department in a great organization

Pros

Excellent benefits, good annual bonus. Great organization, however, the call center is awful. Good place to use as a stepping stone to another position within this wonderful company.

Cons

A lot of restrictions and limitations that inhibit you from being able to fully assist the patient. Ridiculously strict dress code. High turnover rate that brings in many inexperienced, unmotivated employees.
