Pros
Although the pay is decent, average for a CSR role, ($18 an hour). The corporate culture is very different than most. If you like mandatory hour lunches spending time with your coworkers, then this is the place for you.
Cons
The DOS order entry system is antiquated and not user friendly. There is little to no room for advancement as a CSR and the call center is tiny. The turn over rate in this department is very high.
