      Benefits are ok but not worth it, there really aren't pros to list, seriously. Sometimes lunch is catered?

      Very petty environment as well as upper management.

      Fairly decent company but need to work on better race relations

      Awesome culture as far as business dealings. Great benefits and employee shareholding

      Cons

      Not really open to promoting those of color into too high of positions even when qualified either with degrees and/or with skills of 10 or more years. Some race issues and not really handling blatant race problems.
