      Pros

      The opportunity for growth exists within the company and the corporate culture is positive as well as inspirational.

      Cons

      Outside of the office the ideals preached by corporate are not always translated well. Supervision does a bad job of leading. The shop atmosphere is negatively stressful.

      None now. Racism and nepotism run rampant.

      Cons

      Was a great place to work until about 06 when all the upper management changed and the independent distributor purge happened. Then it became a joke. They talk about culture and values but they are racist and cut throat.

      Pros

      Lots of work so you wont get laid off; work with some very highly specialized metals, interesting work, make some amazing fittings

      Cons

      Workload is tremendous, I was the 5th person in 2 years in that position, culture seems rigid, you will never see a financial statement with actual dollars since it is a privately owned company
