      Pros

      Stable company: we don't take many risk....the people at most levels are great to work with....new CEO has joined us (maybe will bring new ideas).

      Cons

      1. Pay is average (many employers pay much more. 2. There's no committment to diversity in leadership (shop floor is diverse but nearly ZERO diversity in supervisor, manager or executive ranks). 3. CEO micro-manages the company (keeps the company safe, but the leadership team doesn't think outside the box, afraid to make mistakes).

      Pros

      Very few 'real' people you can actually speak to.

      Cons

      Temps are treated unfairly when it comes to gossip of the permanent associates. Temps could work their souls out but one little bad word from a jealous employee and, woosh! You're out of the door/don't get hired in for another 5 months
