Pros
Friendly Environment, nice people, hired as co-op after freshman year, pay was $14/hour

Engineering Tech is only desired by them for the purpose to fill "associate engineer" and Maintenance positions according to them, but I didn't know anyone in 2 summers that was Tech and was anywhere near engineers. They did not have enough work for me even when I started it seemed like the managers were not expecting me and didn't know what to do. What I gathered from listening is that advancement is very political and though most people are friendly upfront, some are out to take others positions.
