Pros
Loved the variety of jobs that I did. I was paid well but I worked 6 days a week.
Cons
If you're not family or friend you will rarely have good reviews. EQ is more important than ANYTHING. Learn to kiss up to white male management and you might make it. They are currently cleaning house to decrease salaries. Personnel development is subjective and you can be fired if you don't meet their criteria if they even give it to you.
