      Pros

      Swagelok is an incredibly stable company with steady growth year to year. They offer good total rewards package and company culture.

      Cons

      While development of associates is great, be sure not to force it. If someone is great at one thing, let them do that one thing if that's all they want. Everyone will benefit.

      Great People Not Stressful Positive Environment Management, OK Leadership (Dir of Sales, Dir of Ops) - Phenomenal

      Cons

      Owner(Distributor) tends to micromanage every facet of the organization. Creativity and positive work environments are not bred when he is around and interacting with the employees due to his overbearing demeanor. Hard to keep quality people by paying them so little. Employees salaried, not even close to being able to live comfortably, unless you are outside sales.

      Pros

      Not a bad company good pay always work to be done. Some place run some crazy OT some don't benefits are okay better than what the GOV is offering.

      Cons

      Not really anything good pay lots of OT decent benefits.
