Holiday shut down maybe? Still that couldn’t get me to stay

VERY poor supervision(some are good). Played favorites. Love brown nosers. Just a very horrible cultural. You’re just a number

Very male dominated with very few opportunities for women. Management talks the talk, but does not walk the walk.

Pros

Most people are very nice. Benefits are good. Time off at holidays wonderful.

Cons

You have to be a follower, not a leader. Completely risk averse. Nice, respectful demeanor of managers and above masks nasty back stabbing and set up for failure. Very hard to move projects forward as decisions keep being changed.
