      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly and hard workers.

      Cons

      Career path is non-existent, all work and no life balance, management has unrealistic expectations and treats the salary associates like children. The culture is cult-like and the environment is like working in the "big brother" house.

      Pros

      Holidays are relatively generous compared to other companies in that sector. A diverse set of manufacturing processes and facilities from silver plating, forging, automation, machining, and packaging. Many of the technical engineers are fun to collaborate with.

      Cons

      Pay is low and company is ridiculously conservative. Not too long ago, they required ties and cleanly shaved otherwise you're sent home. One min late to a 7am meeting? you get a 1 on 1 with the boss. The company is very slow to adapt to new technologies and you're considered a genius if you figured out how to use excel. Honestly, the people are just kinda dumb here. They keep enforcing their values like the bible as if they are special and better than everybody else but really all they're doing is enclosing themselves into a bubble, while the rest of the world is evolving 100x ahead of them.

      Pros

      Employee stock option might be the only positive aspect about Swagelok

      Cons

      Way too many downsides to working at Swagelok. Management plays favorites to brown-nosers. Not enough accountability on set-up personnel and supervisors. Unrealistic expectations on lower-level associates. No work/life balance. No real advancement opportunities unless you are buddies with a supervisor.
