Heard a number of racistly charged comments. Also, very deceitful and dishonest crew. I was let go for "lying in my interview about my experience." However, when I questioned where this accusation was coming from, the only response I was given was "we're not here to argue about semantics." Further, I was told that "this isn't a performance issue, but an integrity issue." Explain to me how your performance can be satisfactory in your assigned role, but your experience is lacking. If I am going to be fired, I would prefer it be an honest decision not hidden behind some weird web of lies or deceit. Speak with your chest and provide the evidence behind your accusations.

Management is terrible. There’s no respect even though that’s the culture they preach. Hard to find a good balance there. They either love or hate you. They spend a lot of money on the company and showing off but very little on the people doing all the heavy work. Sure the products may be quality but the workers are sad sacks, due to being overworked and dealing with disrespectful idiots.
