Pros

- elearnings/trainings - there's a system and clarity in working processes - paid uniform - could be great start for beginners in retail - really nice environment and beautiful things - creativity and diversity are welcome - challenges and different competitions were usually well rewarded

Cons

- a lot of daily reporting for the sales consultants which mostly slow down the selling process - middle salaries, newcomers had similar salaries like skilled one
