So many staff incentives from discounted jewellery, competitions with other Swarovski stores to win trips to head office in Austria, monthly staff jewellery bonuses, to working with an employer who is passionate and wants to make a difference.

Cons

Moving Jewellery around is a big job that can involve working after hrs.
