      Cons

      Depending on the manager each store can be run differently. In the interview make sure to ask questions to make sure it's the right fit for you!

The Swarovski Retail Academy takes our retail employees on a journey through sparkling learning opportunities and helps them explore potential for career progression. Though the program, we help our employees get thoroughly on-boarded, gain more in-depth knowledge, become specialists, and, if desired, develop into a management position.

      Stay away!

      Pros

      Employee discount is good, but prices for the product are high so discount makes it maybe affordable.

      Cons

      Upper management is intimidating to the store management teams. They don't care about the staff in the stores - they don't even know the employees in the stores. Poor communication down through the ranks.
