Have you do a lot of useless stuff, and clean everything. Move the boxes around way to much, and the management makes work way to stressful.

I was very disappointed about the direction Swarovski is going. It is all about profit and nothing about the employees.

Pros

Swarovski offers store managers a wonderful employee discount program. The salary is pretty competitive for retail and the benefits are great.

Cons

There is no work life balance. The managers are expected to work 10 hours days and if the store is struggling the Regional Director does not understand why you are not working every single day. There is a lack of communication between the stores and corporate. The stores are expected to run on single coverage and then it is questioned on why all clients are not being helped. Swarovski has become a negative place to work. Whatever you do, it is not good enough.
