Pros

Good benefits. Free watches. Great product.

Cons

The DM's are mis-guided and that information is processed down to the store level. There is no balance for the corporate office since they are guided by Switzerland and doesn't understand the US market.

Pros

Discount on watches is good. Just be careful how many you buy because you are just giving money back to the company.

Cons

Poor pay, sick days are taken from vacation days. Management is scared of employees taking their spot. Inefficiently ran company.
