Pros

Package is OK, nice co-workers, great Brand which is fantastic on your resume, Swiss mentality in general focused on integrity and good quality of products. Highly respect the strong brand, marketing expertise and building a global watch concern by strong entrepreneurship.

Cons

Old-school Management leads by fear which creates a childish and negative atmosphere, false politics, favoritism, micro-management and no room for own ideas or self-expression.

Pros

the people are really easy going for the most part and that atmosphere is fun on a daily basis. THere is definitely plenty of work to do, but you shouldn't have a problem with the social aspect of daily swatch life.

Cons

As long as you're not looking to ever get a raise, you're probably straight.

Pros

Used to be a good envious

Cons

They started hiring people who were terrible for the job so the quality of service and work life declined. They also stopped giving sales associates commission for the moonswatch collab
