Many of the clients (children) were awesome and developed close relationships with staff.

Cons

No organization. Very little support for staff. The school contained teachers that weren't passionate about their jobs and hardly taught. Cottage staff were overworked and under a lot of stress.

The people, the purpose, atmosphere, and some of the activities they host. They are very flexible and a lot of time off.

Cons

They move often. A lot of different locations, and lot of new buildings. They are constantly growing and shrinking. That's all!
