Pros

The company really believes in helping people and does its utmost to do so. I enjoy working for a company that does more than pay lip service to its mission statement.

Cons

Challenges would be the same as would working for any other agency in this capacity... Burnout! Self care is critical

Pros

Everyone works extremely well together through the good and the bad. Never met a staff who could put up with each other and the clients so well.

Cons

Supervisor's were sometimes difficult to handle only because they couldn't keep track of where I was most of the time which led to several miscommunications. (There are 4 units that I worked in.)
