Pros

Many of the clients (children) were awesome and developed close relationships with staff.

Cons

No organization. Very little support for staff. The school contained teachers that weren't passionate about their jobs and hardly taught. Cottage staff were overworked and under a lot of stress.

Pros

Co-workers, students are in need and it feels amazing when you make positive impacts

Cons

Pay is beyond low. Management is frequently playing staff against each other while they also push you to take on more hours and duties because they can't keep staff in the building.

Pros

Helping individuals with mental health, either directly or behind the scenes

Cons

Low pay, no raises, no chance to advance, executives say they care about employees but don't support the sentiment with action.
