A Company That Has Morals

Pros

A wonderful management staff that has morals and treats their customers, their vendors, and their employees with the highest level of respect possible. A fantastic experience on campus with concierge service, workout facilities, diner, coffee shop, hair stylist, and employee lounge all located within close proximity of your desk. A family centered job that acknowledges that you sometimes have to put in extra hours so they create intentional time throughout the year for families to be together. Good benefits and advancement opportunity.

Cons

Starting pay for assistants, even though that is offset by how quickly your pay can increase.

Pros

-There is potential to make great money. Some guys make well over $50K their first year despite being told you'll make $30K or so your first year. There are a lot of guys who make over $100K a year, but it takes a few years to get to that point. (one guy makes over $300k). -GREAT discounts on gear. You get everything at cost, and some stuff for below cost. -You will learn a LOT about new gear. You get to see stuff months before it's released. -There's a slide right by the Sales floor

Cons

-LOTS of phone calls. If you hate talking on the phone, you will hate this job. That's what you do for most of the day. -Late shifts. You will work late 3 nights a week, plus one Saturday a month for the first 5 years or so. -Monday morning sales labs are so boring and a waste of time. You have to go to this every Monday for the first two years, unless you're in the top 50% in sales for month. -Tuesdays and Thursdays are always at least 11 hour days due to sales meetings you have to attend.
