Great Company

Pros

They pay for finger printing and even for substitute teacher license. They paid $200 signup bonus if you signup within a week. I even got a $100 extra pay when there was a delay in my payment. Wish more school districts would use them. Overall an ethical company really cares about their employees.

Cons

They do not have many school districts in NJ or east Coast. Their website is not user friendly. It will show as waitlist even if you signup for a job, and you will not know instantly if you can work that day, it may be due to the fact that they might have lot more people working in my school district.

Pros

I really enjoy working for Swing. It really allows flexibility and very organized system for receiving and accepting requests. I like that there is not pressure to take a job or that you may miss an opportunity. You get a text message direct to your phone and first to respond, first to receive. Build rapport with the schools, be on time and available and you will get special requests. Support, training and certifications for subs available. By far, the best sub system I have experienced.

Cons

This is truly a great company. I work out of the D.C. area. No cons
