Great schools to work with , excellent and timely service and feedback from Swing staff and pays quickly. Swing is paying for my teacher certification. A great part time gig!

Choose your schedule, last minute assignments

Cons

Not enough assignments available, and with only few job offerings one bad feedback can take you off the 'priority' list, and then you cannot increase your sub rating to get jobs again. Also, there is little ability to communicate with staff. Other staffing agencies pay more as well.
