      Pros

      Swissport offers a fun, usually fast paced environment. It's easy money and no real challenge.

      Cons

      HR is absolutely THE WORST! Ask for more hours and you will be ignored. As for anything of HR and you will be completely ignored. You won't be trained. You won't be challenged. Expect to deal with a lot of stupidity. Benefits are a lie they tell you during the interview.

      Pros

      I loved the people I worked with. There were only 30 of us working for my account so we were like family. They encouraged us to learn all of the positions in association with the flights so the job was challenging and certainly not boring.

      Cons

      The software was so antiquated that the computer systems and procedures made the job more difficult than it had to be. Obtaining required or replacement uniform pieces was a joke. Don't gain weight, or have your colors bleed on the wash because then you won't be in compliance.

      They don’t treat everyone equally , they gossip like high school students , the managers DO NOT LEAD BY EXAMPLE and break rules that EVERYONE MUST ABIDE BY , the pay isn’t worth it probably why they pay weekly . They will not work with you AT ALL no matter your circumstances, they show no sympathy. Disrespect each other CONSTANTLY , you miss out on work most of the time because they do not plan accordingly! ALWAYS MESS UP YOURNPY CHECK AND WORK HOURS !
