      Pros

      Decent living wage 15.52 and 1 dollar more for cdl. 1 dollar more for lead pay. Other tab decent pay there aren't any good incentives.

      Cons

      Broken down trucks. Point system that you get written up for calling in sick. You can't use your sick hours you can only cash them in if you haven't use them at the end of the year. Company has no respect for employees. Company fires employees for just about anything. They're turn over rate is ridiculous.

      Pros

      There is a lot of business, and Swissport is all over the world. You can transfer to other locations pretty easily, and they like to hire from within.

      Cons

      I am not sure yet, I haven't been on the job long enough to know. I can imagine there are lots of stresses given the nature of work at the airport, and I can imagine that each airport is different in some way that makes the experience better or worse.
