I cant say much because i didn't get the chance to experience much.

Cons

The most non existent communication i have ever had with any company. Was told in training to look out for an email for online at-home assignments, never got one, tried to send multiple emails asking for assistance getting the link but no reply, had to show up to the training office to get any support. After my classroom training was finished i was told i was on hold till i could get my international badge and to look for an email, nothing, went into the office again after 2 weeks and they told me the same thing, wait for an email, never got that email. Never got a termination notice either hahaha! What a waste of a month of my life.
