      One of the easiest jobs in the world if they are staffed correctly and work load is shared

      Cons

      They unfortunately are never staffed correctly. Your work ethic is not valued at all and they will take advantage of you if you show effort. Bad pay and split days off unless you're in school or come up with some "valid" reason. Redundant training policies and practices. They also have little to no incentives or benefits for good workers

      Get experience with some amazing accounts

      Cons

      This company is nothing but lies! They tell you when you are being interviewed and through out training about all of these benefits you will get at 6 months. When time comes around and you start asking questions they don’t like it and will put a target on your back. They tell you that you are going to get x amount of hours but that never happens. You are Lu it if they even pay you for what you worked. Our pay checks have not been correct in over 10 weeks. I’m still waiting on pay from 6 weeks ago. The managers and the corporate office here never answers emails, test, or calls.

      You get to enjoy birds and rats running over you feet while working

      Cons

      They do not pay you for hours worked. They are verbally abusive, they treat us like garbage, my checks are short every week
