      Pros

      Could be a good place to work if you don’t want job security, enjoy being stressed out 24/7, and thrive under poor leadership.

      Cons

      Swoon is a trash can company. Stay clear. So many red flags. Would be surprised if this company is even still around in a couple of years. The turnover is insane. They just did more lay offs and have been quiet firing during the last year.
