Cons

The only con I can think of is I wish I could continue my 401k right off the bat, but you do have to be employed for a year before you qualify for Swoon's program. However, I think we receive many other generous benefits that make up for this.

Opportunity for Growth!

Pros

Ample opportunities of growth at Swoon. Leadership really takes your feedback into account and is transparent about where they want the company to go, the goals they have for you, and the expectations in order to get there. You know where you are at any given moment and if you are on track to meet your yearly goals/ weekly goals in terms of metrics. Really great perks. Work from home+ fully remote, good benefit plans, anniversary gifts, monthly & quarterly awards of recognition.

Cons

Only con is the work-life balance, but that's with any staffing agency. The way I see it, is you get out what you put in. Those who are successful at Swoon are drivers. If you want to skate by and do the bare minimum, you likely won't be successful.

Pros

Competitive pay rates, relevant opportunities, great skill matching, friendly team

Cons

OT settings in time tracking system were not correct which resulted in a significant delay in OT payment; delays in getting timecards updated to reflect correct hours which also results in a significant delay in regular payment; sometimes difficult to get a hold of the right person to support a particular issue (i.e. payment issues noted above)
