      Pros

      The people. Eric Flesch was/is the most personable, responsive, and straightforward recruiter I have ever worked with. Having experience working with other agencies has definitely made me leery of them but, Eric and his team were always 100% honest and attentive to what I wanted to do with my career. The process was quick and I was presented to a company that was actually looking for someone with my background and qualifications.

      Occasional catered lunches by HR

      Cons

      -Micromanaged -Unclear expectations -Passive aggressive management -Extremely and overly critical management and team members -Changing account ownership in the middle of a quarter with no regard to external partnerships -Internal team members and management only communicated through email, despite having 3 in office days/ week. -No management support -Increased in office days -Changed health insurance plan. It was no longer fully covered by the company as stated in the interview process -PTO has to be accrued -Paid bi weekly instead of weekly -Extreme low base pay and low commission structure

      The people that work at Swoon, the ability to make upcapped commission, the pay out structure for commission, opportunity for growth, knowing all of your coworkers since it is a smaller company, ablility to be heard/ help to make changes

      Cons

      there is less work from home flexibility than they've had in the past, staffing is a tough industry
