      Pros

      - Swoon is made up of really good, hardworking people which makes for great collaboration. - Leadership is always listening to new, great ideas and is transparent with the company. - Benefits are really good. Work from Home and flexible schedules. Anniversary gifts are generous. - The Team is constantly recognized by peers/Leadership for their great work on weekly/monthly All Hands calls.

      Cons

      Swoon can be a VERY fast paced organization. But, at the same time, they have a work hard, play hard mentality. If you work hard and bust your butt, you are recognized and rewarded in the end.

      - Leadership is really focused on creating efficiencies to help combat the demands of the industry and create more of a balance. - There are so many great people on the team, it is amazing to see so many folks work together and get along so well! - Benefits and perks are great! The commission plans are rich compared to industry standards, career progressions are available, and tons of opportunity for growth. We celebrate promotions often!

      Cons

      - Our scrappy style is maturing and requires a bit of effort to get our ducks in a row. Creating methods to be more productive during the day, so we can enjoy the off hours, is something to be improved.

      Pros

      Work hard, play hard! Right now, we are growing and growing quickly and having a lot of fun on the way! Swoon offers a great commission plan while offering fun incentives rewarding productivity! Additionally, Swoon's leadership team is very supportive and leads with empathy. Lastly, love the flexibility given to Swoon's employees! We are virtual with the option of in-office if near a hub! This isn't going to change!

      Cons

      Not really a con but looking forward to continuing conversations on upgrading current/adding new technology for both sales and delivery!
