Pros

*Encouraging & supportive team members *Learn new things every day *Get to be challenged daily *Fast-paced, fun and interesting work *Can count on team members to cover for you when you're on vacation or if something comes up and likewise they can count on you to do the same! *Open to new ideas *Regular check-ins with your team and anything can be discussed from what has been going well, to ideas you may have for improvement *Everyone is very approachable for when you have a question or need help if your workload is more than one person can handle at the time *Manager is a very good listener, empathetic, understanding, and down-to-earth *Opportunities for growth within the company *Company pays 100% of employee's health, dental and vision *Flexible schedule *Incentives for bonuses *4-weeks paid time off *Supportive of having a healthy home/work life balance and we're told to make sure we take a full hour lunch every day and not to work nights or weekends.

Cons

The only con I can think of is I wish I could continue my 401k right off the bat, but you do have to be employed for a year before you qualify for Swoon's program. However, I think we receive many other generous benefits that make up for this.

Endless Opportunities

Pros

-Leadership is direct, transparent, and open to feedback/change. -Perks- fully remote flexibility, create your own hours, anniversary gifts/tenure incentives, overall benefits. -Clients- we work with some of the biggest names in the US, and are award-winning for a reason! -THE PEOPLE. We hire incredible talent, even without relevant experience. Culture is important and we always invest in the best.

Cons

Swoon promotes work life balance, which is important- but it can be hard to navigate with how high volume the environment is. That's the industry in general- but with remote flexibility & flexible scheduling, it's up to the individual to create that balance.

Destined for Greatness

Pros

I've worked at Swoon for about a year, and in that time I've received more support, training, and encouragement then I've received in my 15 years in the working world. Swoon brings on the "best and brightest," people from a variety of industries and backgrounds, and gives them the tools they need not just to succeed, but to be superstars! Everyone here knows their stuff, and they do a great job! This company is well on the way to greatness.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any.
