Great company to feel valued

Pros

I've been at Swoon for over 2 years and I have never had a company treat me as good as Swoon does. Collaborative environment, fast-paced, weekly/monthly incentives, paid cell phone, great people, craft beer & wine fridge, lunch & learns, growing & changing. If you can't handle things changing on a regular basis, then a growing startup is not for you. Swoon is an open door policy and the owners/management really value their employees' input.

Cons

Stressful industry (so not so much on the company). Metrics can be tough. Not much of a work/life balance.

Pros

-Swoon is constantly growing so I feel the opportunities for advancement will be there for me in the future. -Great people. Everyone around me seems invested in my career. -Innovation box - if I have an idea that will help grow the company, it is taken seriously. -The owners of the company treat us like people and not numbers, and in recruiting that can be tough to find.

Cons

-Swoon has been growing fast and because of that, we need to adapt quickly to change.

Pros

Lots of support from both management and leadership. Lots of growth and open communication. This is a company who is honest about what they want an expect. I took a huge chance in coming to Swoon but I could not be any happier! Michelle and Andy know everyone's name and most of all they encourage us to be engaged with the company no matter who we are. I've heard of companies saying this but Swoon actually does it.

Cons

Staffing is not for everyone but if you have the passion there are no cons with Swoon. If you aren't willing to work hard to see the fruit of your labor, Swoon isn't for you.
