Pros

What's not to like? Swoon is a family that you are allowed to be yourself. You feel welcomed right when you walk through the door. You are appreciated for what you do; and, the work/life balance is phenomenal. They want you to be successful and will look for ways to do that. They will support your career growth; and, that is rare to find in the staffing industry. Swoon looks to take care of their employees. The company provides for great benefits and fun events throughout the year for the hard work that you will be doing as a recruiter. Leadership team is phenomenal as they will coach you for your success; and, they will listen to your ideas for innovation. A truly collaborative environment that allows for each individuals success. The people at Swoon make it an unbelievable culture; which, makes it hard for anyone to leave. Swoon cares about people. I couldn't have been happier working here. Best place I've worked at by far.

Cons

As in every company, their are some minor cons. They went through a growth phase and that is always tough when change is imminent. Each company does go through change and that has to be understood by any employee. Every family has their disagreements; and, if you are understanding and are able to listen then Swoon will support you. It all depends on you and what you make of your opportunity to be a part of a wonderful team.

Pros

Fun people, fun events and good benefits.

Cons

There is no structure or proper training. It's almost as if you're being set up for failure. In addition to that, there are obvious "favorites" in the office. Everyone is out for themselves because they are so stressed about hitting their numbers that they company itself has no idea how to work as an actual team to achieve a goal that is bigger than themselves. When I first started I was excited and saw potential in the company, but after a few months a saw patterns that were a little concerning to me.

Pros

I was placed in a great assignment, hours work perfect and I enjoy the work I do.

Cons

Swoon as a staffing agency constantly drops the ball. They avoid you once time sensitive issues come up. They are by far the worse staffing agency I've ever encountered.
