      Pros

      The management was very organized. The customers wanted the help that was provided. The staff was nice and always willing to help.

      Cons

      The center I worked for closed down. For certified teachers the pay at the instructors level was not nearly enough to keep them employed. I had to have another job to help supplement the income.

      Pros

      Flexible schedules -usually pretty easy to get days off or change your availability Great students - I love to see when students finally get it and really understand something No prep work. You can just show up and tutor

      Cons

      Part time workers only get 2-15 hours a week Schedules change day of. You get called off sometimes minutes before your shift starts Tutoring subjects you are not proficient in or are not prepared for Lots of turnover. Constantly hiring New tutors and having to train themes No breaks
