      *Helping kids learn *Small student to teacher ratio *Flexible hours *HR and Corporate were fairly helpful when needed *Supplies provided (whiteboards/textbooks/etc.) *Some excellent lesson plans *Some great coworkers (your mileage may vary)

      Cons

      * Requires use of I-pad *Not enough hours to make a decent wage * Cumbersome token reward system to motivate students * Very low salary and difficulty in getting raises *NO loyalty to employees- they are expendable! * Cost-cutting managers *Some low quality lesson plans

      Good co workers, I liked the hours, flexible, fun and exciting indusrty

      Cons

      Franchise owners seemed to play favorites, unless you were a favorite you were very nervous when they came into the center! There was not enough formal training from the beginning, so I always felt like I was bugging everyone with questions.

      Somewhat flexible schedules, ability to move up quickly within the company, coworkers who really care about the kids

      Cons

      Disorganized management; treating education as a business instead of a way to really help kids; dishonest owners; horrible pay for what they charge families - even for licensed teachers; last-minute schedule changes and scrambling to "fill in the blanks"
