Pros

Growing Company with lots of opportunity to grow with the company. Really good benefits for Arizona and there is focus on work life balance.

Cons

The compamy still have growing pains, but at least the company is growing expansionally. Company needs to bring in people from a big company to continue growth.

There are no Pros to working at Symbotic unless you like to be overworked and not see your family.

Cons

Senior Management is terrible. They are rude, condescending, arrogant and ignorant. The CEO has no moral aptitude at all about the employees. The CEO is "All About" the CEO. Senior staff have no issues firing high talent and good employees just so that they can bring in all of their buddies. It is a literal "Buddies Fest" going on ever since Chris Gahagan took over. This company was supposed to be one of the best to work for in the US. This is SO FAR from the truth. DO NOT believe the positive posts - they are clearly from HR being directed to do so from the senior staff.
