This is a required section, but there's nothing positive to put here. I could list facts about being a company like, ya know, they pay you and stuff, but I'm pretty sure other places will also pay you.

Worst possible communication. No values. Disorganized. Oh and they use teams.

oh god where to start: Bonuses are horrible raises are even worse dont expect to be promoted unless you are a yes man to management, some employees have been there for over 7 years and they are not a senior yet, they would rather hire seniors from outside than promote from within. they expect you to live and breath Symbotic 24/7 and dont expect to have a life outside. they act like they care about employees

Constant team turn over Management who is too scared of the CEO to say anything, Complete lack of innovation in robot design - company functions more like a integrator than a product designer Inability to get systems that are functional
