Management are actively working on improving themselves but there is still a long way to go. Communication from top down has increased over the past year and continues to get better.

Cons

Takes a while to get help when asked for. There isn't always a clear sense of direction. Often your priorities have to shift every day and stop work on projects in the middle of the project.
