Pros
learning experience second to none, a great place to start your career. there is lots to learn, and lots to do so the environment is fast paced, but it encourages learning. integrated testing center is state of the art, and heavily diversified with various parts of the automation process. great place to go learn, and experiment by trial, and error, with low accountability, and as such it is a comforatble place for beginners such as myself to learn the ropes. excellent pay excellent benefits (day 1) pizza Fridays $5 weekly compensation for weekly foodtruck vendors organized by company (great if you wanna prepare lunch one less time a week)
Cons
high paced work environment leaves a lot of room for friction between teams and/or individuals.
