      Pros

      Good benefits, people are nice, managers were good. Mid-level to executive team was good.

      Cons

      Job description changes daily, your schedule could shift drastically with no warning, HR cut my health insurance before I left the company with no warning. Recruiters are of poor quality and are very out of touch with current operations.

      Pros

      Interesting market and product... Hands on access to tons of expensive equipment. Exposure to lots of different new technology. On the job training - - Joining as an entry level and getting into a good software or controls group will set you up nicely for the rest of your career.

      Cons

      understaffed startup with technical issues.. sometimes work can follow you home. stress to deliver on difficult timelines.
