Horrible culture, bad management, just added time tracking

Interesting and complex technology and hard technical problems

Cons

The company is run by people from the warehouse industry who think engineers are replaceable. This has led to poor management of people, a huge attrition rate, and generally a bad culture. Recently they added time tracking which just solidified this.
