Really seems to care about community partnerships and the culture is great

Cons

Ambiguous promotion/compensation system. There is no yearly review so hard to track personal growth.

Work-Life balance does not exist for salaried employees Often feels like total chaos with many competing and often overlapping projects and project teams not communicating with each other

They meet with all managers on a regular basis, so they have a perspective of what’s happening in your business area and can provide some guidance. Lastly, we have an open door policy which means you can speak with leadership beyond your direct manager.

Pros

- Excellent culture - Remote first - leadership really is trying to do the right things - innovative products that make a real difference in people's lives

Cons

- brand recognition in the ancillary space, but that is improving - doesnt hire fast enough in claims and account management - need more opportunities to increase your skills outside of sales
