Synchrony Financial has great leadership, excellent culture, superior benefits, offers competitive compensation, is employee friendly, has deep domain experience, flexible in finding business solutions, data driven, responsive to the market place and is technologically focused.

Cons

Synchrony Financial is very lean requiring a lot of energy from the exempt team. This is not the place to come if you looking for advancement opportunities and you are not going to work hard.

Work life balance is good... This is an employee centric company. Management is fair and opportunities are given on merit.

Cons

I have not found anything negative so far . people are couteous to each other. Pay could be better but then thats the case with any org and people always wish they made more 💰
