I am going to be honest I literally was thinking about killing Myself I think it could be due to just having a baby The job is stress Plus with dealing people yelling at you on the phone all the time Didn’t like the fact when my manger disrespects me even when my father passed away I didn’t need that I kept numbing my self from my emotions because I was dealing with it to support my family I kept thinking about them But at the end I had to go to my doctor to prescribe anti depressant pills from That I knew I need to leave I couldn’t deal with the stress

Pros

The people are absolutely phenomenal. Everyone is willing to lend a hand, no matter the task at hand. CEO is the most simplest and most delightful person to run into on a Monday morning, not an ounce of narcissism. Definitely a smart organization balanced with fun. No Corporate Financial America feel, truly a balanced culture.

Cons

Not a single thing I can think of.

Pros

Benefits offered are great Tons of diversity networks, something for everyone Flexible Fridays and full WFH options

Cons

This company has really changed a lot over time. When I first arrived I really believed that the company had great culture and really cared about it's employees. I quickly learned that that culture does NOT translate across the company and every team varies. What the company does not tell you is they hire people for managerial roles that are capable of doing the jobs but lack people skills and are lousy at leading anything. What the company also doesn't tell you is that they will support you as long as you fit into their popularity contest. They rave about being a family but will kick you to the curb as soon as you no longer fit the "culture" or give them what they need. The work life balance is also a fraud; the pay could be better but they give you Flexible Fridays that you often can't take because you're working too hard and remote working but then meetings are often scheduled during lunch or after 5. Many other colleagues have left this company and are continuing to leave. It's for a reason.
