Pros

I've read a lot of the negative reviews and of course, they were all submitted by disgruntled former employees. I am a current employee of Synergistix and it is by far, THE BEST COMPANY I've worked for (and I've worked at many places). Upper management genuinely cares for each employee on a professional level as well as the well being of each employee. Salaries are competitive with their peers.

Cons

If and when I think of a CON, I'll update this but as of now, none come to mind.

Pros

Hard working employees, everyone gets along great and the employees are the best part of this place. They are flexible with work schedules, which is helpful, but that is not available to every position. Benefits are good too, but pay is low. Good place to get experience, but not to stay for long if you want to grow.

Cons

- Salaries are so much lower than other companies - Egotistical , demeaning leadership that doesn't care about the employees, they feel they are superior to you and can talk down to you to make themselves feel more important. They are the WORST part of this place. - Company has lots of potential, it just needs better leaders in place, people don't seem motivated because of them and managers cant do much about it because they don't have the support of the uppers. - Company is very reactive and doesn't plan for anything - No training available unless you pay for it out of your own pocket
