I can't think of anything.

Cons

Micromanaged, Salary, Benefits. T&E- they booked a motel for me which was frequented by prostitutes and drug dealers. No regard for employee safety.

Pros

After roughly 3 weeks with this company, I'm writing my review. My previous employer treated the staff very well. It was actually on the Fortune 100 best places to work. When my time with them came to an end, I internally accepted that I would probably not find an environment like that again. I have never been so wrong about anything in my life! While my previous employer did wonderful things for the employees, at Synergistix everything feels more natural and genuine. My on-boarding with this company has been well rounded, and made me comfortable in the tasks assigned to me. To list a few positives: - Amazingly warm staff. From top to bottom, everyone is welcoming and willing to assist in whatever capacity is needed. The first company I've ever worked for that is completely free of ego on every level. - This company genuinely cares about it's employees. The benefits package is magnificent, and tons of amazing random perks. - Excellent environment. Seriously, there's a popcorn machine and a basketball hoop. As far as I can tell, nobody has a bad day here!

Cons

Very few, but I've listed them below: - They lack a life size replica of the Fontana di Trevi in the parking lot. - No personal masseuse. - Sets the bar for amazing employers far too high. I'm going to be disappointed should I move on from here. Yes, that's sarcasm. If there are negatives, I have yet to find them.
