This company is LITERALLY the best company I have ever worked for. The managers/supervisors go above and beyond to offer help and the CEO of the company treats you like FAMILY. They send a welcome package in the mail when you first get hired and cute little packages for the holidays as well. I recently received a package with candy and a mask/alcohol wipes with a little note for Halloween. It's so awesome that they go out of their way to do those small things. It is easy to move up in the company and you will ALWAYS get recognized for the hard work you put in. This company actually treats you like a human being, and they know how important family is. I have never felt more comfortable at a job. This is my first full time job. I work from home and have a 2 year old that I watch while I work. This job has given me the opportunity to be home with my son for the most important parts of his life. I couldn't ask for anything better than that. They will also fly you out to Florida for company events if you work in a different state remotely, which is incredible as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Synergistix! I can't wait to see what opportunities await!

If you're good at what you do, you will get promoted here very quickly (see cons before you get excited). The employees (non-management) is what keeps people here. You can wear t-shirts and jeans, unless clients come to visit the office, then you need to put on the facade. HR is wonderful!
