Pros

Decent health benefits Centrally located in Sunrise close to the Sawgrass Mills Mall Some colleagues are helpful Kitchen area for meals

Cons

High turnover (tell tale sign of a bad place to work) Poor company culture Managers use fear to manage employees Rotate staff every few years to keep costs down Customers are trained to escalate things to get things done Very little planning goes on, so the customer that screams the loudest gets their stuff done first.

Pros

Good place for Cuban coffee! If it is not one of the owners making it, someone else on the staff will have it ready everyday at 3pm.

Cons

This company has to have the one of the highest turnovers in South Florida. That is the most telling indicators of the health of a company from the point of view whether you would want to work there or not. Lead by example is not a motto of Synergistix. Their motto is blame the employee for mistakes to keep upper management employed. Customers are trained to escalate issues to get things done. This creates a toxic environment for employees. To summarize the this review with one word: Run!

Pros

Hard working employees, everyone gets along great and the employees are the best part of this place. They are flexible with work schedules, which is helpful, but that is not available to every position. Benefits are good too, but pay is low. Good place to get experience, but not to stay for long if you want to grow.

Cons

- Salaries are so much lower than other companies - Egotistical , demeaning leadership that doesn't care about the employees, they feel they are superior to you and can talk down to you to make themselves feel more important. They are the WORST part of this place. - Company has lots of potential, it just needs better leaders in place, people don't seem motivated because of them and managers cant do much about it because they don't have the support of the uppers. - Company is very reactive and doesn't plan for anything - No training available unless you pay for it out of your own pocket
