Pros

Centrally located in West Broward county. Close to the Sawgrass Mills mall, so you can do some shopping at lunch time. Close to I-595 and I-75. Some good colleagues.

Cons

They wrote the book on micro-management, so you will enjoy this place if you are into that. Wages are below market value. That along with the poor management means that the turnover here is very high. The management style is reactive. The client that complains the loudest gets the attention. This trains the poor customers to complain and escalate things to get things done. Keep some aspirin nearby.

Pros

A Privately owned company Very supporting co-workers who are willing to help each other. Its a sales force automation for health science company. Several big pharmaceuticals are their clients. Management encourages new ideas and ready to implement it if it is feasible.

Cons

Too late to enter into the Cloud technologies. Management is a bit close minded. Work environment sucks big time. they have picnic tables as desks.

Pros

- Some good people working there in the lower ranks. - Casual dress. - Modern office space. - Good health benefits for you and your family.

Cons

The upper management is the biggest problem. Their offices are in a separate area away from their employees. They hire a lot of H1B workers for the high skills positions that can't leave without getting someone else to sponsor them. They don't plan very well, so they are constantly putting out fires. A very low percentage of employees have been there for more than four years. They don't provide much training, and their documentation is minimal, so your best be if you are new there is to find the knowledgeable people and stick to them like glue.
